My Projects

Past and Present

Over time, I will be sharing the stories of my projects, those that have become memories and those that are still alive, changing, and growing. Each one is a part of my journey, reflections, searches, and encounters. They will appear here gradually, so we can get to know each other better.

Turbano Shop — an independent brand of headwear and textile accessories (2014–2016 Co-creator)

This project marked my first step away from large-scale production and toward a slower, more mindful approach to making. Before that, I had worked industrially, managing fashion production lines of up to 100,000 items per month. Turbano Shop was something completely different: small, tender, and full of intention.

Created in collaboration with another woman, the brand became a space where our ideas and strengths complemented each other. We focused on natural fabrics, soft femininity, and the quiet power of details.

My background in Oriental Studies also played a role, shaping the aesthetic and cultural layers of the project.

Though small, Turbano offered deep insight. It made me reflect on textile as language, on thoughtful production, and the beauty of collaboration as a creative force.
